Yoga should be done in loose or graceful cloths. Sorry to say this.
It's a good exercise, but no exercise in the world can target side belly fat – or whatever other targetted fat in the body. Body fat is like a water pool in the body – you can not just empty water from it wherever you want, no matter where you put the water pipe. The water will drain out equally – the same goes with body fat.
I’m very nice you are very flexible and lucky that you are doing yoga since you’re young age please let us know more about you. How did your yoga journey begin if you feel comfortable to share in a video anyway, please use your own voice to not use artificial voice. It does not sound right
