  1. Hope everyone has a wonderful start to their day ❤ Thanks Kassandra for the video. There are thousands of yoga videos online but I come back to this one because your voice is so calming.

  2. can I use this as a wine down at night after work? I never did yoga before so im suggesting coming from work, no food, may water and yoga then wait a bit until cool down then shower and bed. I dont have the time in the morning to fit this in even tho I heard its best then. can someone confirm guide me that its okay at night too?

  3. my biggest issue doing yoga or any hip stretch is having ovarian cysts, i feel like they're gonna burst if i bend or stretch too far i can feel them in there 💔but other than that i feel much more relaxed and ready to start my day

  4. It's a great routine in my opinion. I have no flexibility so I usually struggle even with beginner routines, but this one feels good. And the vocal guidance for gestures is really helping

  5. I need the beginner's Video for the beginner's exercises 😂
But real talk – this video is great. My hip is so stiff it was helping a lot. Kinda surprised it released tone of emotions too

  6. I think this is my fav one. I yawn so much during this one! I know it's regulating my nervous system and I absolutely feel amazing when im done. 10 minutes is all that's needed. Thank you!

  7. me and my friend isaiah did this while our friend jay made crepes. we enjoyed it was kind of painful at times. we are going to watch dan and phil play poppy playtime soon. thank you soooo much for this. video

  8. Glad I’m starting this at 21 instead of after things start hurting. My body was snapping like a rice crispy treat the whole time and I’m pretty sure I almost strained a leg muscle (my fault for bad form lol) but I felt great through the day and wasn’t sore after some water!

  9. thank you for doing the video I just started doing yoga the other day because of your video it's helping me a lot I'm kind of embarrassed of the idea to go to class for it I'm a guy and it's hard to explain
