From foot to crown we take ten minutes on the mat to stretch, connect, and release tension. This is your new go to yoga practice for when you are short on time or needing solid motivation. Ten minutes a day is better than zero minutes a day and can be as effective as a longer session. This one is designed to leave you feeling more open and relaxed, while not too sleepy to engage in your day! It’s the perfect little ten minute session if you ask me.

  1. CREATE ✍ | July 15, 2025 | I'm feeling a bit under the weather, so I swapped day 15 of Create for this restorative practice. A bit sniffly in the downward dogs and puppy postures, but the gentle stretches and twists felt really good! 🙏

I do concrete work for a living and I do a short 6 minute core workout video and this 10 minute yoga right after (almost) every night and the difference in pain level when I wake up the next morning is wild. Back pain and other every day pain is cut in half. Thank you for the short videos please keep making them!

  5. It's 04:21 in the morning. Did not sleep all night partly because of excitement regarding the possibility of diors that have been long closed, finally opening. Partly because I took a ver strong chocolate frapuccino at 08:30 p.m. partly beacause I felt I had to finish my math homesork before sleeping and partly because I felt that since I finished my matt homework at 2a.m. as expected and programmed for I had also to get things done before sleeping since I have to go early morning the country side which means taking two busses. But also I finished marh homewotk at 2 a.m. because I was excited about staying in the city for one saturday as unusual and be able to get some aluminum cans for my recycling bussiness. I felt I could not not take the chance to go out on my noisy neighborhood and get some beer and other alcoholic beverages from the party people plus my neighbors also in party. So I did many things today including cleaning the house, go to a women in science meeting, do math homework and collect cans plus help mom with carryong bags and get my dogs ready for going to the country side a day earlier than me. And also yoga and did not want to give anything up! Just glad that yoga made my feet warm other wise after washing them as usual I would not be able to sleep at 04:30 am
