  1. Depression and anxiety is a heavy thing. I ve been through some really dark moments, and it’s hard to explain to someone who hasn’t been there. But the good news is its something you can fight through. You don’t have to give up. The book Instant Deep Relief by Manifest Zen Products helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone going through the same.

  2. This wasn’t just a body scan — it felt like a reset for the soul.
Ten minutes of stillness, and somehow the noise in my mind doesn’t feel so loud anymore. Grateful for this pause in the day.

  3. I started doing this meditation a week ago whenever I have anxiety attack or everytime I wake up in the morning. This helped me feel calm. Grateful to you Miss Lavendaire. ❤❤❤❤

  4. I'm not sure why but for some reason when I tried to meditate today I started feeling only more stressed because I started to acknowledge my body and how tense it actually is. I couldn't truly relax it afterwards :((

  5. Some critique for your consideration: the forced exhalation was pretty distracting. When you say "breath out," we don't have to hear you doing it to do it ourselves. Not a bad guided meditation, but I felt that particular aspect quite distracting.
