  2. I’ve been on a weight loss journey, i’m 60 years old and have lost about 40lbs. I need to work on my strength and flexibility because I have none. This was great even though a bit difficult because of my lack of flexibility but I did it. I have no problem on the treadmill but it’s just my body and muscles are just not pliable anymore. Thanks for this i’ll practice this until I can move into different poses.

  3. Modifications needS for knees that cannot be knelt on or bent. Total Knee replacements . . . . As much as I have loved yoga through the years . . .some of these poses are just not on the table anymore. Sigh.

  4. I loved the explanations! The ones everyone else is mentioning about holding yourself up when gravity pulls you down. But also describing the plank like you have a plank of wood on your back. That's the first time I ever understood why it was called a plank! I was sad when it ended so I redid the day 1 stretch. 😊

  5. I have never enjoyed yoga, but this one I liked, and it felt like 5 minutes. But I've started a health journey and I wanna better myself, so I've decided to start doing yoga. This is the second day and the second time that I have come back to this video. Thank you so much!

  6. OMG that was so good! I'd completely forgotten the basics – yogi hands, pinning my feet down. Realise I've only been putting half the effort in 😮 Need to revisit this once a month!

  7. Im gonna try my best but this was a struggle 😅 Hopefully, starting today, if i keep up doing yoga and excersises ill feel more confident in myself👍 thank you
