Welcome to your 15 Minute Yoga Inspired Stretching Routine for Legs and Booty. We take care of your entire lower body and stretch hamstrings, glutes, hips, even your feet and shins.

This is the perfect flexibility & mobility routine after a hard workout (hello leg day), after running or just by itself. The sequence is well balanced and all of the exercises flow seamlessly into each other – you probably don’t even recognise how time flies by.

Take some time for yourself and enjoy this beautiful routine for flexibility, muscle recovery and stress relief.

Thank you for practising with me!

  2. If you're reading this right now, I just want to say; I'm rooting for you. We’re strangers, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care. I know what it’s like to feel like you're pushing a boulder uphill. I felt that way until I picked up Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers I can’t explain it perfectly, but it changed my whole perspective. After checking it out on youtube and reading it things have been flowing, money, peace, confidence. Maybe this is your moment too. Stay open. Wishing you more than you ever imagined! 💫💰

  3. So many people praised this book Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers that I finally had to see for myself. No regrets whatsoever this book genuinely opened my eyes. Manifestation finally makes sense, and the changes Ive experienced are incredible. It deserves all the recommendations its getting. Don't sleep on this!

  4. What really blows my mind is how little curiosity people have when it comes to manifestation and the deeper mechanics behind it. Most folks are satisfied with the recycled 'think positive and visualize' narrative — which, sure, has its place — but that’s just the surface. There’s a whole architecture of laws and principles underneath that most never even touch. The fact that so few have heard of Luna Rivers, someone who spent years decoding this hidden structure and laid it all out in Manifest the Unseen, says everything. People aren’t necessarily lacking potential — they’re just not willing to question beyond the obvious. And that comfort zone? It’s costing them their freedom.💰✨

  5. I' just finished doing this for the first time..

I did it before going to bed and I really feel so light and relaxed.. during the workout, I kept saying “omg” coz it really felt so good, it hurts at first but it would make your body feel more relaxed and stretched as time goes on.. really loved it 💕
