  2. Pranam didi it's a coincidence that my name is also Khushi and I'm practice this fat loss series till 5 days and today is the 5th day i practiced , it's very helpful but a little hard 😂 for me but that's ok and thank you so much ❤️

  3. I loved the series and these practices quiet easy to do when done with you. Next series could be a weekly routine that suggests what to do on Monday, Tuesday etc and which body part to focus or a mix of breathing and yoga. Looking forward to more of your beautiful work!!
