This 30-minute prenatal yoga class with Lauren is designed with care to support you through the early weeks of your pregnancy journey. The first trimester can bring a mix of sensations; physical, emotional, and energetic. Drawing from the class “Clarity” from Lauren’s prenatal yoga program “Initiating the Mother”, this simple pregnancy yoga class offers a nurturing space to ground, connect, and simply be with all that’s unfolding.
Rooted in science-based movement principles, this prenatal yoga flow focuses on safe, functional movement to support your changing body. You’ll be guided through breath-led stretches, gentle strengthening, and mindful transitions that help ease tension, reduce fatigue, and support circulation, all while honoring the deep inner work your body is already doing. You’ll move with steadiness, focus, and deep intention as you warm the shoulders, strengthen the legs, and open your heart.
Beyond the physical, this is a space to tune in, breathe deeply, and cultivate trust in the wisdom of your body. Each breath is an invitation to soften, each movement a way to connect more deeply with the life growing within you.

ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren Eckstrom is a Holistic Yoga Flow E-RYT Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher and certified mindfulness meditation instructor. Lauren teaches online via InnerDimensionYoga.com, a yoga and mindfulness platform she co-founded with her husband Travis Eliot, and in person through workshops and retreats all around the world. She guides some of the world’s most well- known musicians, filmmakers, executives and Fortune 500 companies in both yoga and meditation.

Thank you for this, I love trimester specific yoga flows, trimesters are so different from one another, with specific needs and moods which require specific flows. It's not only about avoiding the poses we can't do, it's about finding the ones we need when we need them!
