  2. Hi.. I am watching your video for the first time. your workout is so good. From 50% it’s started to burn. But I noticed few things while I’m doing the workout, the speed of the video is fine but The there’s no any time to prepare ourselves for the next move. If someone is a beginner it’s so difficult to move with you at the same time with the same energy. At least if you can keep few second between the last and coming workout I think that would be great. This is what I felt as freshener to your channel. ❤🎉 good luck

  3. This must be the most healing Pilates exercises I've ever watched on YouTube, every actions here help my back and my body stretching through a hard day 😭😭
    It's been 2 months since I do Pilates, but unfortunately, I still didn't know how to breath right way:( so I use this gentle exercise to practice my breathing, and it really works🎀
    The calorie burn can't be that great, but I'll consider this a lazy day workout :>>>>>

  5. Hey Eleni, your moves are too good. But they are too fast as well that it becomes too tough and irritating to understand your transition of moves. If possible kindly slow down a bit as well as if possible try giving instruction in video itself.
