TCM Yin is my jam and listening to your soothing voice, the education and wisdom you shared as well as the serpent story sent me on a mediative journey. I stayed down on my mat for another 30 minutes in deeply relaxed state. I have just had a scary health experience that put me in the hospital, and Yin has been my body and mind's savior. These are my favorite type of yoga videos to ease my anxiety and reset my mind and body, because of with your gentle voice and instruction.
