Hello Hello!

Today we are back with a really nice gentle flow to help with lower back tension and pain.

This class is specifically designed for those people who have been struggling with discomfort in their lower back from staying standing up for long periods of time or for those who work on their feet.

If you know that you have a specific injury – please consult with a doctor or physician first!

In this class we will be taking it slow to target the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings with gentle stretches and twists.

  1. i've been struggling with lower back pain for a couple months now. it's quiet painful to bend or move around easily. this definitly helped realese some of the tension i have even tho it wasn't easy to do all the poses 😂 thank you!! i really like your channel
