  2. I've suffered from severe back pain for the past few days and I thought it was because of my period. That was only half of it. The other half was that I needed more gentle (!) and mindful movement.

    This practice is such a relief, I'm definitely going to come back to it! 🙏🏼

    P.S.: A reminder for everyone who needs it: Breaks and movement are not a luxury that needs to be earned. They're a necessity that should be part of everyday life!

  3. I started practicing yoga in 2002, I practice daily and my heels don’t touch the floor in down dog. And I guess they never will. But this is ok. Thank you for saying that.

  4. This found me at the right moment – recovering from one back injury from 3 weeks ago, I suddenly developed new lower back and hip pain yesterday. Hopefully this helps a bit – I certainly feel more relaxed and less tense as I am walking around.
