  1. I like her videos but some of these poses are not beginner friendly for folks who already have poor core strength. Seeing more modified poses would be more ideal for some of us.

  2. 13 weeks, had a hard first trimester, still struggle a bit. Now I'm try to get back to do a bit of exercise everyday. I'm happy that I have found your channel. It's very helpful!

  3. I was happy to find this video and liked it a lot – I only was wondering when the second side would come.
The next two days my rightern side muscles were all sore but the leftern side felt a bit neglected. 😅
Will check out more of your videos though 😊
15 weeks pregnant and looking for a daily routine!
    Cheers!

  4. 14 weeks pregnant and discovered yoga as it was recommended in my pregnancy magazine. I fell totally in love this is my 4th session and i look forward to yoga time everyday. It makes me happy and i enjoy it so much, I will always only be doing yoga for the rest of my life even after pregnancy!
I love your workouts so much and have seen lovely results in my body

  5. Hey Jessica! Your video has an automated, translated AI-voiceover for international watchers with different language backgrounds. It's terrible and makes the video unwatchable, but only you as a creator can switch it off. Love your videos, but can't watch them with the voice over. It would be fantastic if you could switch it off, I think your international viewers will continue to be fine watching your original video in English with your voice. 💜🙏

  6. Am I the only one who feels that because she's not actually pregnant she doesn't understand the mobility of pregnant women? 😅Cause some of these are way to 'non pregnant only' moves. My knees feel like they're gonna explode 😢

  7. A million thanks for you and all your wonderful advice and videos. I am 8 weeks pregnant and I'm almost 39. I miscarried last year at 11 weeks. I have never had children and my husband and I have been trying for many years. Your videos give me hope and I really appreciate the kind words, quotes, and mantras you share. This has been a lonely journey for me, but you make me feel seen and heard. THANK YOU.

  8. I’ve done quite a few of your yoga videos and this one is my favorite! Perfect before a day of activity. I’ve also had a couple awful Charlie horses in my calves recently, so that hamstring stretch plus down dog feels so good. A little challenging but good for the start of the day!

  9. Your so right about sleep. I had horrible insomnia for years until I learned this. I used to stay awake at night panicking, I'd feel so awful the next day. When I learned to just rest deeply I found that with little sleep I still felt fine. Then I slept like a baby.

  10. I am 27 weeks pregnant from Vietnam, your videos helping me a lot since I can’t go to the gym anymore. I started your tutorials since the end of my first trimester ( that was a terrified time )
Thank you a lot, and looking forward following your new videos!!

  11. Im 34 weeks pregnant. This is my 2nd and will be my final pregnancy. Compared to my 1st pregnancy, this one is so difficult as I ache all over and have trouble sleeping. I really look forward to those exercises, they make me feel better and stronger, and really lift my mood😊 I've been following the June calendar!

  12. I am 32 weeks and omg the comment you made about sleep , so spot on! im so tired during the day when I get in the bed I truly just pray God let me get some good rest tonight! and last night I actually slept for 5 straight hours God is good. thank you for the content <3 feels so good to move my body

  13. I am 13 weeks and was mostly bedridden for a huge portion of my first trimester. I’m slowly coming back to life now, but I lost so much muscle mass these last few months. This was the perfect video to start engaging my muscles again and start building back a bit of strength. This workout felt so good in my tired body. Thank you!!! ❤

  14. Thank you for these calming workouts! I am 23 weeks and this really helps center myself with my baby and gives a nice stretch and rebalance for the day. I do one of your videos a day and really appreciate them! ❤thank you so much!

  15. Jessica, I didn't know exactly where to comment on this, but I did your prenatal exercises from week 23 of pregnancy, and today our boy came into the world through a normal birth without any tearing (00:41 am, Brazil). I'm so grateful for your videos – they definitely helped a lot! God bless you always.

  16. I've been doing your yoga videos through my 2nd trimester, but I had to take 3 weeks off because I was sick with a cold that wouldn't quit, and I knew it was time to come back when my pelvic girdle pain started to act up. This session stretched out some of the aches and I'm sure I'm going to sleep better tonight. Thank you! ❤

  17. I am so grateful to have found your page. I am currently 6 months pregnant and was feeling down that I had not started doing yoga sooner in my pregnancy but now I find peace in the fact that it’s better to start late than never. Your videos have given me so much joy in my pregnancy. I finally feel like I’m doing something amazing for myself and my baby. You truly are a blessing and great at what you do. I will continue to bring you along with me on my pregnancy journey and postpartum journey as well. So far ive been doing at least one video a few times a week for the past few weeks and I’ve never felt better. All and all thank you so much🙏🏽

  18. Just coming back to say a big THANK you Jessica, I followed your pregnancy videos pretty much every day from second trimester onwards, in the moments of anxiety and overwhelm about birth and motherhood your videos were an anchor, I felt strong and empowered in my body and I think that was thanks to the daily practice and best of all I had an amazing labour. of 5 hours in my home and a peaceful entry into the world for my baby daughter, that I am sure is all down to your videos and education. I am now back for pp videos (after a few months break) and I am so full of gratitude that you offer all of this for FREE?! You are simply amazing thank you for helping me make the transition to motherhood smoother than I could have ever imagined ❤

  19. This gave me the positive boost of energy I have been looking for all week! Just hit my third trimester and ooof, I have been feeling it. Thank you for these wonderful videos ❤

  20. 38 weeks now, belly is very big and low. I feel more heavy now but it feels so good to stretch and exercise. I started to move with your workouts, yoga & Pilates classes in my second trimester and it was the best decision I could ever make. My whole pregnancy was smooth and I felt so good in my body. I feel like now is the most challenging part but I am positive things will flow beautifully 🥹🫶🏻 can’t wait to meet the baby🥰 and thank you for everything you are sharing here 💜

  21. I just came back here to say thank you!
I followed your trainings from the second trimester. I was induced at 38w5d pregnant due to baby not growing in the womb anymore. I had a lot of interventions; foley, pitocin and epidural as well, but in the end I managed to give birth in the natural way, which I'm soo grateful for. I'm certain that the pushing phase of my birth was this easy because of your exercises. I was really afraid that my birth will end up in a C section and I'm so happy that it did not! It was 2 weeks ago and regeneration is also going smoothly. As soon as I'll hit the 6 week mark I'll be back and follow the postpartum videos as well.
Can't wait to be pregnant again 😍
