  1. Hope it works out for me, I'm trying to have some new habits to deal with anxiety,stess,overthinking all the time and ofc panic attack. And for you all guys I wsih you happy and stress-free days and years.

  2. Anxiety isn't an enemy or a demon; it's more like an overprotective friend who wants to protect you because they've seen you hurt before.
    Don't treat it harshly. Show it you're strong enough to handle things and protect yourself, and it will leave on its own.
    Sometimes you try very hard to do something and still fail. I hope you know that's okay.

  4. This was for sure one of my absolute favorites from you. It wasn't til it was almost over that I realized that I was so present and in my body that I had no time to even think… I wasn't thinking. I was here now. Thank you, sincerely.

  5. I know its been a hard journey. I know how hard it is to get out of bed sometimes, and maybe some days its even harder to get into bed because thats when you spiral into anxious thinking. Ive been there too, in the darkest depths with you. But know that you are so loved beyond measure. And you are so supported even if you cant always see it. These times pass, just like every other time has passed before. You can take your time and take it one step at a time. You can be messy and human and take imperfect action, its okay. You'll be okay. This world couldn't exist without you in it. Thats exactly why youre here. We've got this. You've got this.

  6. I started the exercise and right after finishing the part of the nostril breathing, my cat came to me on the mat, for some very loving and intense cuddles. Suppose he too noticed the state of relaxation I managed to achieve. Thank you! ❤
