  1. I appreciate how gentle and effective this routine is. I am 23 weeks pregnant and many of the other 2nd tri videos I've seen had way too much going on for someone who wasn't already fit or experienced with yoga before the pregnancy. Thanks!

  2. Is it normal if I feel out of breath after 10 mins of this? 17 weeks pregnant and scrolling in the comments but have found no one that feels the same way. I tried resting then when I resumed, I started to feel out of breath for the next 5 mins. For context, I have a sedentary lifestyle. Maybe that's the reason?

  3. Was here 17months ago when i was pregnant with number 2. Back again for third pregnancy. 26weeks and i have no energy whatsoever! Decided to stretch instead of lying on the couch. And love this! Just what i needed. Not too much, just right. Subscribing again, to get me back and moving.

  4. 24 weeks pregnant and had my Sugar test done today, pleased to report that i don't have diabetes and this put me in such a peaceful mood with good news on the side. thank you for a calming practice!
