Yoga For Weight Loss – Yoga Tone! Aight, let’s be real. The winter months are coming to an end and it’s time to transition from bears to gazelles! Whether you are looking to get comfortable in your swimwear or just more agile to move with the spring breeze let’s start with this 20 min practice that moves us swiftly but mindfully.

This 20-minute vinyasa practice is designed to help you build strength and endurance – mindfully. Yoga Tone invites strong breath to help tone the body! Invite your mind and body to start working for you instead of against you. Get strong with regular practice and comfortable in your beautiful body. Stay present.

I started your programs 94 days ago and between your programs and a new plant based diet I was not only able to lose 42lbs, whoot whoot 🤗🤗, but because of your delightful spirit, I was able to start smiling again!! 😆 keep rocking it on sista , and thanks for helping me "find what feels good !!!"😘✌

  3. I have a bad back I hated waking up in the mornings I wanted to not wake up I couldn't wait to go to sleep because of all the pain I was in. I found ddpy back builder yoga I am on week 13 and it has helped me tremendously. I'll never go a week without doing yoga. I do it 6 days a week 30 minutes a day

  4. I love these videos and they make me stick to my routine. But I have a question, maybe someone can help, I have hypermobility and severe nerve pain in my body, root cause back of course, so stretching is worse than pushing stuff together. Is there any good videos from Adrianne for that? I do other trainings too but since these videos are my motivation, I wouldnt like to switch to someone else 😅

  5. This was tough. My body is still getting back into the yoga groove. My calves hate lunge holds especially at the moment. Still making sure I make it to the nst daily. I remember how good my body felt when I was doing yoga daily and I want that back.

  6. Harmony day 13! I'm only starting the June challenge today, but its better to start late than not start at all! Heatwave here in Colorado so this practice brought out a nice needed sweat, see everyone tomorrow for day 14!

  7. Here again for HARMONY – June 2025 Day 13 on Friday the 13th. I just saw that we were here in January! Such a lovely practice, and I am feeling strong. Made it through this practice, breathing deeply instead of huffing & puffing. Sending love and gratitude to Adriene and the wonderful community here. I enjoy reading some of the comments from people all over the planet. Some days we are struggling, some days we are elated, and some days are just blah … but we always meet on the mat and stay grounded. We got this, no matter what. ❤‍🩹

    Yet this practice made me sweat along in a good way. Boat pose is something for the talented😂 but I rowed along with it. Happy Friday the 13th.❤

  10. Playing a little catchup on my June 2025 calendar. It’s been a busy and stressful week. Getting myself back in a yoga routine after months off is challenging. This one kicked my butt more than it should have. But I didn’t give up, and had my sweet heeler give me love during the cool down. ❤

  11. Harmony l 🦋 ❤🦋l Day – 13 l June 13, 2025 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ah, I had to mentally push through. It's been a challenging week in and out of the emergency room with, Mom. A relative put pork in her cabbage. Prayerfully, the doctors will get to the bottom of her back pain. Thankfully, the acid reflux subsided. I do feel energized after this session, and stronger.
