After this gentle pregnancy safe 30 min prenatal yoga workout for all trimesters, check out the complete Boho Beautiful Prenatal Journey Program –

This full body rejuvenation workout was designed for all expecting mothers in all trimesters to enjoy yoga and fitness while pregnant. We will start with a prenatal safe core workout, glutes, legs & finish with the upper body. Remember to listen to your body, breathe deeply, and avoid any movement or posture that doesn’t feel right in this moment in your life.

It is incredibly important to listen to your body at all stages of your journey, bringing life into the world. If it is telling you to sit out, a stretch doesn’t feel right at this time, or part way through if you need to stop completely… all of this is PERFECTLY ok, and you should listen and understand that this is just how you are in this moment right now. If you try again in an hour, or a day, or a week, it is incredibly likely your body then will give you different messages based on where you are at then too.

So experiment with yourself. Listen carefully. Drink lots of water. And take this well deserved 30 minutes to let go and just have fun. 🙂

  2. Great strengthening and toning yoga class! I’m in the third trimester and have been doing very active in the gym/pilates/yoga and this is the first pregnancy safe toning yoga practice I actually felt challenged me! Thank you so much!!

I see SO many negative replies, and you’re all entitled to speak upon what works for you personally versus what doesn’t, but let me just say this since I also see a lot of bashing of “oh she should’ve said this when posting the video.” – I mean, you should always listen to your body and this workout may not be for everyone, but it works for a lot of others. I’m 30 weeks and I struggle through this but I do it anyways. Again, not for everyone; but as a woman carrying a child, only YOU as the mother can decide what’s best for you, your body and your baby. so with that being said, if it’s too much, it isn’t her or anyone’s fault, not even yours. Blaming her isn’t fair. Find one that works for you and move on 🤷‍♀️ they have specific ones on YouTube for beginners, different levels of pregnancy, etc. ya just gotta do some research, boho beautiful is a challenge but a rewarding and beautiful one for those it suites ❤

  5. I started this workout daily at 16 weeks after trying many different workouts, I'm now 20 weeks and still love it!! Its the perfect amount of challenge… Its no breeze that as for sure, but every day I'm getting just that little bit stronger.

  6. 11 weeks and 6 days! I do this a couple times a week combined with a few other parental workouts. This is by far my fav!! Love your channel for keeping me fit before and during my pregnancy! 💓

  7. This is not yoga. This is functional strength training with body weight with yoga pose transitions. That said, it’s a good workout for early pregnancy. I don’t think I’d do this for later on in my pregnancy.

  8. so glad I found this early early in journey so I can maintain the ability to do this kind of workout (it makes me feel so healthy). i went from doing intermediate to advanced yoga most days (and some hiit, dance, Pilates, or jogging each week) to suddenly everyone saying you should gently stretch and walk only. it’s refreshing that this wasn’t like that but still felt safe. thank you for not being afraid to use the body God gave you and show others how to too.

  9. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and haven't done a Boho Beautiful routine since I was 7 weeks when my first tri sickness started! Glad to be back, I really needed this routine and looking forward to getting stronger and more fit! Thank you!

  10. ⚠️Taking an 85 hr prenatal yoga teacher training right now and many of these exercises would not be approved. 1. All of that core work and 2. Back bends that stretch the belly cause Diasistis in the belly = separation of belly ab muscles that leads to coning and may require surgery post pregnancy to sew back together. This is not a prenatal certified teacher.

    I will work on recording proper Prenatal videos for YouTube to have good options.

  11. Hey Thanks u. I been doing meditation with u for 7 months everyday when u woke up before i even touch my phone or start my day. Everyday, no miss. And yoga is now my 3rd day I love how my body feel. It feels good
