I’ve been on a weight loss journey, i’m 60 years old and have lost about 40lbs. I need to work on my strength and flexibility because I have none. This was great even though a bit difficult because of my lack of flexibility but I did it. I have no problem on the treadmill but it’s just my body and muscles are just not pliable anymore. Thanks for this i’ll practice this until I can move into different poses.
Modifications needS for knees that cannot be knelt on or bent. Total Knee replacements . . . . As much as I have loved yoga through the years . . .some of these poses are just not on the table anymore. Sigh.

Can i really loose weight by doing this yoga on regular basis..??
I loved the explanations! The ones everyone else is mentioning about holding yourself up when gravity pulls you down. But also describing the plank like you have a plank of wood on your back. That's the first time I ever understood why it was called a plank! I was sad when it ended so I redid the day 1 stretch. 😊

I get a lot of cramp in my feet and found this difficult at the start because my left foot was cramping. Is there any way to relieve cramp quickly?
OMG that was so good! I'd completely forgotten the basics – yogi hands, pinning my feet down. Realise I've only been putting half the effort in 😮 Need to revisit this once a month!
