Today we are doing a 30-Minute Pregnancy Yoga to prepare your body for a vaginal birth (vaginal delivery). This yoga and pregnancy exercises will get baby into an optimal fetal position, open your hips and prepare your body for a shorter and easier labor. Of course, the stretches also helped get rid of the aches and pains and helped my body feel amazing!
I hear hundreds of positive birth stories now and I love hearing how preparing your mind and body makes such a huge difference in your birth. Of course, I’m so excited for you and I really believe you can have your positive birth and beautiful baby!

I love the way you say Namaste. ❤namaste to you and hope krishna bless me with healthy baby❤
30 weeks and really enjoying your routines! But I have to be honest… the music you choose is soooo distracting and bothersome to me 😅

God bless you, Jessica! I've used your videos during the pregnancy and postpartum for my last 3 babies. Now you're helping me to have strength and confidence during my 10th pregnancy. Your cheeriness also reminds me to have courage and optimism. 🙂
Unfortunately this yoga session is not suitable at all for people suffering from pubic symphysis syndrome. 37 weeks pregnant here and have been struggling with it for a while now. Whilst your video are normally ok with it, on this almost all of the poses triggered my symptoms severely.
40 weeks today 🐥🐥🐥 i hope my baby to arrive soon ☺️ Always feel so good with these exercices 🤍✨
This felt sooo good. Week 40 today and all the hip opening and side stretches made me feel so relaxed, clear and confident that I can open to let my baby through into this world. Thank you!
Love this sequence for its mix of strength and stretching – thank you so much, Jessica!
35+4 weeks here, feeling amazing and relaxed after this. thanks!
Thank you ❤.I'm 31 week pregnant and feeling so good after this exercise
Almost 3 weeks postpartum here. I did your exercises through the entire pregnancy up until one week before birth, along with your pregnancy yoga program plus the easy delivery yoga. My water broke and went to the hospital with 6 cm dilation and no pain at all. At 9 cm dilation still didn’t had any labour pain, the midwife couldn’t believe it. I had two contractions at 10 minutes but they weren’t enough to push because I couldn’t feel them. They had to give me oxytocin so I can push. I have birth to my beautiful daughter in one hour and a half. ❤️ I strongly believe that your exercises had helped me skip the labour part and I’m grateful I discovered your account. And also I’ve been eating dates 4 weeks before due date, and I believe this also contributed to my easy birth experience ❤️ now I’ m looking forward to start the postpartum yoga exercises 🥰
🥰🥰🥰♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️👌👌👌👌👌
39 weeks and feeling great after this workout! It’s gentle and the right level for me at this stage 💕 Thank you 🙏
Hi Jessica. Thank you for your videos and playlists! My baby has a heart defect, so the doctors will induce me in about eight weeks. Do you have any suggestions for how to have a positive birth experience despite all the stress of an induction? I'd love any input.
Movement is great, but the music is really bad. It feels like a workout not yoga. I lit a candle, dropped some essentials oils and hoped for movement and grounding soothing atmosphere. Unfortunately I had to switch it off after 7 minutes and put something else.
36 weeks 🙏 thank you ❤❤❤
Thank you. Beautiful pregnant woman for beautiful respectfull woman like me.
This was amazing, 28 weeks here and this sequence made me feel strong. Thank you so much for your videos, they have been so good for me and my baby, mentally and physically.
Thanks you so much teacher
This was nice! It would be awesome to have an alternative to the downward dog since we arent supposed to do this pose past 32 weeks (and maybe something that mentions this during the video for those that dont know ♥️). I just skipped that part but enjoyed the rest of the routine ☺️
Thank you ❤
When we can start this yoga?
Thank you so much for all the amazing workouts!
Thank you so much! Your videos are amazing! what a great resource for mamas : )
Is it downward dog pose fine in 38 weeks pregnant lady?
Postpartum mama here! I did all her exercises, plus 20 minutes of curb walking during the last week of my pregnancy, and I had a normal delivery. I started these exercises at 36 weeks, so if you're starting late, don’t worry—just do your best! Most importantly, stay relaxed! Wishing you all the best if you're reading this. 😊
Really good. Just wish the music wasn't there or wasn't too loud 😅 got me distracted
Jessica, thank you so much for your healing work! I’ve done your videos from very early in the pregnancy and had an unmedicated birth in confidence!! So grateful to you 💓
❤❤love it 🎉
Thank you Jessica. Wonderful class as always. Can you share the music name/artist played during savasana?
i cannot do the music. im sure this is a great video but that is why i clicked off
Thanks! I could'nt do everything, but it felt good.
Great yoga sequence, my body really needed that and I enjoy your videos, but not a fan of the music for the first duration of your videos. Please consider something calmer. Otherwise, thank you for sharing this content x
