  1. Great stretches! Been doing it since 37 weeks and now 41 weeks and nothing is happening, so for all the mammas trying and it’s not working – hang in there. Baby will come when he or she is ready.

  2. Hello, I just wanted to say that 2 years ago I did these exercises at 39 weeks 2 days in and the next morning I lost my mucus plug and had contractions and the day after that I gave birth.
My son is now 2 🙂

  3. I just did this exercise once yesterday (10.01.2026) aound 4pm, water broke on (11.01.2026) at 3 pm, gave birth at 5:40pm same day without a tear by the way under 3 pushes. Was 40 weeks 4 days. Highly recommend this video.

  4. I did this work out on the morning of October 30th and that evening went into labor. I had my baby on the morning of the 31st. I used your workouts for all three of my trimesters and I was so happy to find this one. It really worked! 😁

  5. I was very skeptical but tried this because I ready for my baby to come out. I was 40+1 when I did this and went into labor less than 24 hours later. Gave birth at 40+2. This actually works! I cant believe it!

  6. Hi, back here to report: at 38.5 weeks I did this, 2 hours later my waterbag popped, had a 6 hour natural, unmedicated, no tearing labour. Thank you!!!

  7. 40+2 today and woke up not in the mood to do the glute workout i had on the schedule. i'm obviously wondering if that's a sign, but i decided i might as well give this a shot. i'm skeptical about all of the workouts to induce labor, but hoping we start soon!

  8. 🎉38weeks and 4days today and I'm so sick and tired i just want baby girl out, i have been eating dates and pineapple and also begging her to pls have mercy on me and just come out at 39weeks at the dot 😂i pray she listens 😂and I'm gonna add this workout to it plus other workouts i have been doing since 37weeks 😂

Update sep27th: I'm currently 40weeks and 1day and at the hospital induced since yesterday but no contraction only 1cm dilated
I have used birth Ball and has been walking all around the hospital hallway but still no contraction, all tho my mucus plug is out .
I will try this workout again and see what happens
    Wish Me luck guys ❤🎉

Birth update Oct 1st:I delivered yesterday through c section, I planned for Virginia birth but it didn't happen
After been induced for 3days only to be 1cm dilated , so I ended up going for c section.
My baby girl is fine and healthy 😍
    🎉 thank you guys

  9. Okay I'm 39 weeks and 5 days – trying anything and everything to get baby girl here. I have had some symptoms the last week and woke up today absolutely exhausted like I've been hit by a bus so maybe that's a sign. Anyhow, just did this workout! Will hope for the best in the next 24 hours!

  10. 0:16 I am using my husbands account 😂
I am currently 37w2d and started yesterday. I will make an update everyday. Hope it works.

Day 1: ✅️ (Had clear sticky discharge and a small tingling pain inside my vaginal canal – i think it is my cervix)
    Day 2: ✅️
Day 3: ✅️ (I still felt the tingling pain inside my vaginal canal and I am still hoping it is my cervix opening up– 37w3d)
Day 4: ✅️ (I had 2 days skip – 1st day as my rest day and 2nd day was church day. I didn't feel much pain on my pelvic area and I think this yoga helps to sooth the pain in which I expected it could induced my labor. But anyways, I'll just make this as my yoga routine until I birth my baby out. — 37w6d)
Day 5: ✅️ (Actually, I did the updated one of this routine which was uploaded 10 months ago. I really feel tingling pain inside maybe it is the cervix so I am excited with the results of my cervical check up this coming thursday (today is tuesday). I am now currently 38w0d.)
Day 6: ✅️ (I did the updated routine again. The pelvic pressure is still there and the tinglin pain I felt inside was gone. But I feel positive and wanted to be active everyday. Tomorrow, I will have my first cervical check up. I will update if my cervix is already opening up. – 38w1d)

UPDATE: Yesterday was my follow up ceck up with my OB. I am 1cm but uneffaced so she gave me evening primrose caps to soften my cervix fast.

Day 7: ✅️ (I still did the updated one of this routine and I still felt good but it comes to the point I needed more 😂 so, I'll do some additional yoga poses after like butterfly pulses and more squats. I am 38w3D today)

  11. 39+1 today. Some days ago painful contractions began, I lost mucus plug and was so excited and ready for this third baby. Today, no more contractions, nothing! I use yoga ball every day, I hope these exercises can help Liam to be ready to join us

  12. 39+1 today. Some days ago painful contractions began, I lost mucus plug and was so excited and ready for this third baby. Today, no more contractions, nothing! I use yoga ball every day, I hope these exercises can help Liam to be ready to join us

  13. Saw the comments tried the video 40Weeks+2 days Sunday morning went into labor that night Tuesday I had an appointment were they were gunna talk about inducing me mind you I had tried everything and gave up then did this vid didn’t even finish it lol got like more than half way. It’s real do it if you want baby out !!

  14. I’ve never commented anything on YouTube but yesterday I just gave birth 39+4 and a I did these excericises for two days only and then my water broke, thank you👏🙏

  15. 40weeks3days & really want to meet my baby today! I have been doing this and your other videos for about 3-4 weeks now… Hoping today is the day my labor starts!!!

  16. I did this Sunday evening at 38+5. My water broke the next day and the baby was born 36 hours later (unfortunately, the contractions didn't pick up after my water broke so I had to get induced).
Of course, there are always multiple variables at play but I do believe this video had something to do with it all.

  17. Be careful inducing labour. This workout did start my labour, but I don't think the baby was ready for it. Just realise it is still not.a naturally started labour.and you are intervening.

  18. I have been doing your prenatal yoga videos daily for the last three months. Sometimes twice a day to make my back and hips feel better. Had my baby (#3)4 days ago and the delivery was the easiest and the most amazing experience I could ask for. Baby was already engaged and out after 5 pushes, no tears. Thank you for what you do! Can’t wait to start your postpartum workouts soon!

  19. I did this at 39 +1 and went into labor same day. After I finished this video, contractions started 2 hours later and I gave birth the next day!! I had a baby boy and now I´m here with him. Thanks so much, I didn´t know if it was going to work, but it did!! Baby arrived on December 6th 2024♥

  20. I was eagerly awaiting my second baby at 41+1, and decided to try this yoga flow before bed. I had been eating dates, spicy food, doing acupuncture and walking daily. However, I still feel that this flow helped baby get in the best position. Happy to report that next day labour started around lunch time and ramped up to my baby boy being born at home 21 hours after I did this routine. Thank you for sharing such an awesome video!!

  21. I've been doing this daily for two weeks, no progress on the labour front and I'm passed my due date lol. But if anything, it does feel good, and helps you gain flexibility to support with labour (whenever it does finally happen).

  22. Second pregnancy, 40+0, did this exercise at 17:00, gave birth to my baby at 21:40. I truly don’t know if it’s any witchcrafts or what but be ready with your heart and soul, and your hospital bags if you’re dare to start it! 😅

(Also, thank you for every exercise you shared with us during our road to meet with our baby, was truly loved and looking forward to be together in the postpartum phase❤)

  23. I was 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I did this yoga session on Tuesday, Wednesday started having contractions leading into Thursday and had my baby girl that afternoon! This was the real deal!
