Ever since i did yoga in one of your class/video, I became consistent. Everyday, or sometime every other day. I find your class easy to followw esp for beginners like me.   2. Thanks for this great Part 2 of Weight Loss Yoga flow, it's great. Can I ask why Part 1 was much longer and tougher than Part 2? Not that I have any complaints about Part 2, it is great and I actually love doing Part 2 more than Part 1, because it takes less time and it's easier for me to squeeze it into my schedule. Also, you mentioned in this video that you will be making more videos for this Weight Loss Yoga series, but I have not been able to find Part 3 of this series yet, please advise.

  4. Loved these sessions…they push me to really open into the space , find my balance…please upload more of these ..if possible 45 to 50 minutes and one request…if we could add surya namaskar and incorporate deeper holds thereof …it would just be so wholesome..❤thank you namaste 🙏🏻

Ok i visited her channel 4 days ago and was doing this continuously and I can see the results my belly is a bit inside now I don't feel bloated and it really helped me to loss inches and stress you can definately try this and one more thing that i didn't followed and diet but yes i ate lesser than everyday and drink alot of water
