This 60 min prenatal yoga class is for when your body feels tight, heavy, or low on energy and you want movement that feels safe, active, and supportive. This full body prenatal vinyasa works on upper body strength, core support, hips, shoulders, and mobility while giving you space to connect with your breath and your baby.

By the end, the body feels steadier, the hips and spine feel less compressed, and everyday movement can feel more supported as your pregnancy changes. It is a grounded prenatal yoga practice for all trimesters that helps you build strength, move with more ease, and finish with a calmer nervous system.

  1. I've been doing yoga with you week by week for the last few years. Since my second trimester I stopped because the whole yoga with all the restrictions with my changing body seemed too scary to modify on my own. So I started other pregnancy yoga programs and and just came back to check you out in my 3rd… Honestly, I missed your style so much. It's the perfect balance between being gentle to your body while challenging it. I think slowly I'm confident enough to come back… But I wish you have more videos like this one!!

  2. What a difference doing this in the first and second trimesters and now in the 9th month! 😅Everything's so much harder and so many more pains in the body, damn. It always gets me when you say "it may not feel like much" and I'm dying here 😂

  3. Hey, I completed this practice today and was pleased to be your student. I learned that I have some sore muscles and some strong muscles. Good job! I'm also a teacher but didn't get my prenatal yoga teacher training… There is a word for navel drishti and hamsa drishti, I found myself comfortably having a navel drishti and that brought stability to my gaze, of course being a prenatal focal point. I got some Blogger topics from this video to type up, so very motivated by your talk of relaxin and muscles. My pregnancy might be until 24th of February so I am sure to be practicing again! The fact that you are pregnant while making this video brought very exciting quality to your work! The breaths of joy to the supported Savasana…all was worthwhile and Namaste.

  4. Thank you many times over for your wisdom and guidance, Bre. You are such a joy to watch and listen to. I've been following your channel for months now, and when I found out recently I was pregnant with my fifth I knew just where to turn for a prenatal flow. There's one point in the video where you say, "you might not feel anything," but oh do I ever! It feels good though and it's a wonderful start to my day. Thanks again and much love to you and yours, Bria from Virginia.♡

  5. <3 Thanks a loooot. I am in my third trimester and my hormones are giving me a hard time the last couple of days. So I just roll out the mat and do this class, even if it is the last thing I can imagine to do. And I forget about my mood and just feel fine again. That is very precious to me. So all the best for your childbirth… I think it's just around this day.

  6. This is great class, thank you! My husband and I love doing the classes from your channel together, and we are also expecting a new baby. I wondered if you will be sharing any tips on labor and how your practice will play into your birth plan. I’d be grateful for the advice! Namaste ✌️

  7. I had mentioned to my husband a week ago , I wonder if breath and flow will come out with a prenatal class and here it is 🤎 thank you so much Bre this felt amazing I love the affirmations. Sending love to you and your baby as well ⚘

  8. Happy new year Bre!!! So thankful for this prenatal class which I’ll be doing tomorrow Jan 1st along with the new AWARE program! Yes to kickstarting 2022 with love, joy and awareness!

  9. Brought me back to my own prenatal days. Listen to Bre and protect your abs. I'm 5 years out from last pregnancy with a 2 finger space between abs at belly button, which can make me appear 4-5 months pregnant on some occasions, despite normal weight range. Xo

  10. Oh my Goodly God! Bre & Flo, what a beautiful surprise, your further co-creation! I love you guys, the trine of you, (already). Just redid Ignite last week and had no idea of your greatest expectation 😀 I am so so so pleased for you. Blessings and great love sweet souls ♡ 𓂀 ∞ Aaaaaaaand, Bre, you look AMAZING! Yours eyes glow an ever brighter blue :**

  11. You. Look. Amazing. You are absolutely glowing. I wish I would’ve had you 18 years ago when I was pregnant, but am grateful to have you now!!! I think this would be a nice practice for any woman at any time ❤️
