  1. My question/comment is… I had to have all my teeth removed before i was 35. I feel like i am not able to do some of the poses properly due to having dentures and if i take my dentures out to do the poses, again the poses do feel like they are being done properly. Can you please let me know if i should be doing the poses the same or if I need to adjust for the dentures or lack thereof. Thank you and I absolutely enjoy doing these poses along side of you!!!

  2. Some age earlier, some look naturally youthful, soem look young/immature to attract support because they aren't strong , mature and able to cope alone in the world, Everybody does well on such a program, along with good overasall self-care.
