@PregnancyandPostpartumTV What week can I start doing these stretches? Thank you!
35 weeks and have been feeling very tight and sore in my hips, back and pelvis. This was wonderful. I’ve been doing your workouts since around 6-8 weeks or so and am now slowing down towards the end of my pregnancy to just 5 days a week with mostly stretching and walking. Thank you for all you do! You have helped to make this pregnancy as enjoyable as possible.
Can this exercises help to bring labour?
