I've been grinding hard promoting my three yoga classes, and designing the yoga program. I'm working to reacclimate my schedule. Everything is off temporarily until I return to a disciplined routine. Witness, May 9, 2026, month 5. Was such a sweet surprise when gearing myself up for a longer yoga session on this month's playlist for the day, to see this one added. Being a Saturday, I took a lazy-ish day, waking when my body felt like stirring in the morning, and chilling all day. Later doing my little tactics to motivate myself when I know longer yoga practices come into play. My mind, body, and spirit needed exactly this kind of yoga break today. Felt rather restored by the end, and ended up doing a few pulses and stretches because my body wanted a little more. Feeling good! ✨

I don’t know why i am usually so resistant to slow sessions, like jin yoga, and this one. Maybe this is exactly what my body needs. I have done it after a day working by the desk, and I felt it was exactly what I needed. to awaken my body, to prepare for a proper yoga practice

I have CPTSD and been dealing with repressed trauma coming up and I have been using your PTSD yoga video a lot. I came across this at a very intense and overwhelming point in my life. Kids getting older, body changing, wanting to make important life choices like stopping smoking and relying on alcohol. Thank you. I’m already feeling grounded, calm, focused and ready. One day at a time, I’ll do this in the morning and remind myself that it’s never too late to seek peace and self love. Namaste.
