  1. Hi there! I followed yoga routine from this video starting from 4th month of pregnancy till delivery date. Had normal delivery labour time was 10 hrs. It wasn’t easy but bearable. Thankyu for all the guidance.

  2. hi mam, m also yoga instructor n my yoga session is going on, in mid i came to know m pregnant, now m worried during for my first trimester, my question is how you manage these all , n its safe to give 2 hrs yoga session daily in ealry preg. As a yoga insturtor i have responsilbilty of mine yoga clients. Any suggestion you wanna give❤
