  1. I've been dealing with pain in my pelvic bone and left hip/leg for quite some time now. I want to give birth naturally and I'm doing research on squatting positions during childbirth. Would I have to be concerned at 33 weeks to try this exercise now? Or am I too late to try? I don't want to have to take an epidural, feel forced into a certain position, or end up having a C-section.
