This really works. I just did it on my cranky pregnant daughter, and she said that it relieved so much pressure in the pelvic area.
What does it mean that it "releases pelvic floor"?

I've been dealing with pain in my pelvic bone and left hip/leg for quite some time now. I want to give birth naturally and I'm doing research on squatting positions during childbirth. Would I have to be concerned at 33 weeks to try this exercise now? Or am I too late to try? I don't want to have to take an epidural, feel forced into a certain position, or end up having a C-section.
