  1. It's time for my rehabilitation 😂😂😂😂💪👸💯💯👏👏👏..You'll have a blessed weekend… 💯💯💯💯💪💪💪👸👸👸. Don't allow chronic pain to make you bitter bc it will if you let it, let it make you BETTER but remember YOU'RE IN CONTROL. I refuse to be a bitter black woman..I used to be bitter, but then I realize I was only hurting myself.. 😂😂😂😂😂 Your attitude about your condition determines your level of treatment in the medical field.. 😂😂😂😂😂👏👏👏👸👸👸💪💪💪💪💪

  2. I am hyper mobile, 7/9 on the beighton scale. Have suffered a prolapsed disc. Now need some strengthening exercises but told I must not stretch because of my hypermobility so yoga not good for me. Are these exercises appropriate for me?

  3. So I fell about a year ago at my work and when I went to go to the doctors they told me i have degenerative disc disease in my mid to lower back, spondylitis, and scoliosis. So basically because they are pre-existing conditions they didn't do anything and I'm trying to find some good ways to help my back. I don't have a doctor because I'm poor LOL do you think these would be okay to use.

  4. Be careful with twisting motions and certain back injuries. I was specifically told twisting can irritate the discs. It may feel good for instant relief but can be more damaging in the long run.
