  1. I wasn't in the mood for my usual strength training today, and I'm so happy I found this! it was really nice to enjoy moving my body and focusing on mobility with a bit of a slower pace and a serious connection to breath!

  2. 15 weeks along and this has been the first yoga class I have been able to complete, and enjoy since the start of my pregnancy. Thank you for your time and energy, I will be following you as my pregnancy progresses! 🙏🏼💗

  3. Ohh thank you so much for this! I'm finding it really hard to find yoga videos that are actually realistic for my body during pregnancy and with a teacher with a calming, gentle voice. This was absolutely perfect for me, and I followed it up with your 10 minute meditation video too, thanks so much for this! ❤🙏

  4. Your workouts make me go from feeling like an old lady to a 14 year old girl 😂😂
Thank you so much for posting this video .
Please keep up the good work
    XOXO ❤️❤️❤️
Note: Any advice on how to spin a baby to head down position ?
Mine is breech so far I'm 35 weeks .

  5. Thanks for the stretch! It would be more relaxing to know where you’re going by stating the name of the next pose before moving into it. I found I had to be looking up a lot. The addition of some gentle music in the background may help with relaxation, as well.

  6. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have a 20+ year yoga practice and I personally found this a little too fast paced for where I am in my pregnancy journey. I was surprised that full triangle / trikonasana was queued without props too, I almost fell over. LOL.

  7. I’m 30 weeks and having horrible lower back, hip, round ligament and SPD pain. I’ve been doing strength and HIIT workouts most of my pregnancy (sans the puking part), but I needed this today! I thought the way you explained it was great and I felt I could follow along with your breath commands perfectly. I actually kept my eyes closed almost the entire time. I’ll be adding it to my weekly list. Thank you!

  8. I like the exercise but the audio instructions are very difficult to follow because they are not clear and do not always tell when to inhale and exhale when switching poses (breathing correctly is a very important part of yoga). Hope you could improve those things so we can get the most out of the practice. Thank you!

  9. Great stretch! I'm 32 weeks pregnant with identical twins and practice yoga every day. I wanted to try someone new and am glad I found this video! At first I thought this practice was going to be way too mellow but it is lovely and effective. It stretches out all the parts that need to be stretched and my body feels great. Thank you!
