  1. I started experiencing sciatica pain very early in my second trimester and I started doing this almost every day and I'm already feeling so much better and stronger and don't feel the static pain anymore.

  2. I did these exercises for about the whole second half of my second pregnancy. My husband and I both could notice a difference in my energy and how it helped my pelvic floor pain A LOT! But I did tear (baby girl had her fist by her face) and bled so much that I passed out three times in the first 24hrs of postpartum. 😂 That made for an exciting birth story! Still, I enjoyed these exercises so much I’m back doing them again for my third baby. ❤️ (The one thing I don’t care for in these videos is the background music.) Thank you!

  3. How often is it recommended to do this excercise? Would approximately 4 times per week be enough? Thank you for this though, I just finished my first excercise and loved it.

  4. Does anyone know when in the pregnancy should we start doing these exercises? I’m 20 weeks and I don’t know if I should start now… I’ve been doing this channel’s workout sessions and have been great so far!

  5. Never did exercise during my pregnancy except light walking sometimes. Did this at 39 weeks 2 days and same night at 3am my contractions started. 😂 Baby came out 4 days later.
