Today we are doing a daily pregnancy core and pelvic floor routine that is best to prepare for an easier delivery and fast recovery after your birth. A strong and functional pelvic floor helps support your baby and organs and doesn’t leak when you sneeze or jump. These exercises are also beneficial for prolapse and preventing prolapse after your delivery. Safe for first, second and third trimester.

I started experiencing sciatica pain very early in my second trimester and I started doing this almost every day and I'm already feeling so much better and stronger and don't feel the static pain anymore.
Try pelvic exercises for an easier delivery! Good luck, we love you
I did these exercises for about the whole second half of my second pregnancy. My husband and I both could notice a difference in my energy and how it helped my pelvic floor pain A LOT! But I did tear (baby girl had her fist by her face) and bled so much that I passed out three times in the first 24hrs of postpartum. 😂 That made for an exciting birth story! Still, I enjoyed these exercises so much I’m back doing them again for my third baby. ❤️ (The one thing I don’t care for in these videos is the background music.) Thank you!
I loved this thank you:) 23 weeks now:)
Thank you madam very use full vedio 😊
Hi! How many weeks in should I start doing this?
I did this every day during my first pregnancy and didn’t tear on delivery. Back for baby no. 2 now ❤ thank you for what you do
Is this safe to begin at the first trimester?
Are these exercises safe for 28 weeks pregnancy ?
I can do these in 4th month of pregnancy to heal my hip to calf and vaginal bone pain too?
Are these safe for all types of pregnancies? Aka high risk?
Just a heads up, this stuff will not be helpful if you are hypermobile or have eds
How often is it recommended to do this excercise? Would approximately 4 times per week be enough? Thank you for this though, I just finished my first excercise and loved it.
From which week we can start this?
Is this safe for twins xxx
Amazing workout.
I must comment on your belly, it is so beautifully round ! ❤ such a beautifully pregnancy belly!
Does anyone know when in the pregnancy should we start doing these exercises? I’m 20 weeks and I don’t know if I should start now… I’ve been doing this channel’s workout sessions and have been great so far!
How many weeks before one can start?
Never did exercise during my pregnancy except light walking sometimes. Did this at 39 weeks 2 days and same night at 3am my contractions started. 😂 Baby came out 4 days later.
