✨This 3-Day Online program can stop your overthinking and teach you to Master your Mind:

👉🏼 Just like we cleanse our body from the outside by taking a bath and removing dirt, we also need to remove old emotional garbage from inside. Asana practice is a moving meditation that helps release old, stored emotions like shame, guilt, grief, resentment, loneliness and stress from within. Each emotional has a corresponding hormone which when not resolved, stays within the system. Yoga helps to remove all that is no longer useful.

👉🏼 You practice this easy flow in the morning or evening. Simply keep a gap of 3 hours between meal and practice.

  1. I just finished this 30-minute practice and felt a deep sense of peace. By the end I was in tears, but they were healing tears, and I feel so much lighter now. I've been following Satvik for a long time. Your practices have helped me so much with my back pain and PCOD, and now they're helping me heal from heartbreak and my inner struggles. Thank you for reminding us that our body is something divine, and that with care and practice it can help us heal. The whole Satvik team is doing beautiful work for so many people. Wishing you all the very best. 🙏❤
