  1. Almost 23 weeks and I’ve had horrible psoas pain, this video really helped! Extremely thankful for all the work that you do and all the care you put into your content and viewers ❤

  2. I’ll be 36 weeks pregnant as of tomorrow, my sciatic nerve in my hip, lower back, and sometimes down my leg was terrible until I watched this video. The stretches were sooooo helpful & this is the best I have felt in weeks!

    Thank you!!

  3. Are there any exercises in your yt channel dedicated to varicose veins of the perineum, where we exercise using non-weight-bearing positions, mainly in a supported position, elbow position, etc.?

  4. Hi Jessica, I have been really enjoying your videos during my pregnancy so far with twins. As a high level athlete and dancer that often deals with chronic back pain, I turn to yoga and pilates for relief and gentle stregth building and not primarily for fitness. I find the pace and style of your workouts and yoga routines is perfect and the first time I haven't had to do a lot of modifications, (one of the reasons I don't attend classes in person) I can see myself returning to these videos for a long time in the future. Thank you for your great content!

  5. 30 weeks pregnant and oh my God! I could feel my lower back decompressing 😅 I will definitely continue doing these exercises the whole week and I’ll notify you for improvements ❤

  6. 30 weeks and this video actually destroyed me. I don’t know how I went wrong but this actually increased my pain exponentially. I have scoliosis tho so maybe take it with a grain of salt. This channel was wonderful for my first pregnancy but I am just so ruined by my second pregnancy it is depressing that I can’t even do this 😔😔😔😔😔

  7. 36 weeks here, so nice & complete these yoga videos. I start with an walking cardio video and then I do this one. Perfect for a nice complete work out, soft and strong. Thank you so much !!

  8. I'm not even pregnant right now but am prone to lower back pain. This video is my go-to whenever I feel like a good stretch or like my back is going to act up. Such a great video! Thank you!

  9. As always nice exercises and this one also has a nice pace (in some of your videos I find the pace a bit stressed, I prefer having time to breath in each movement – as said, this one is nice). I’d prefer without the music though.

  10. 13w4d pregnant with twins! My first pregnancy ❤. Finally feeling the nausea and exhaustion fog starting to clear from the first trimester. So excited to get back into fitness and feeling strong again!
