  1. I started this program (as a challenge to myself) to hopefully rid my joints from being in pain 24/7. I started 6/1/25 and I am absolutely floored by the amount of motion I have back in my body. I had an “Aha” moment and I owe it to you and your program. I went to cut my toe nails and realized I was able to bring my foot up to my chair and it didn’t hurt! I didn’t realize how much I had neglected my body. You have given me such a new outlook on life! I also find I am able to stand from a seated position without as much pain! If anyone reads this and felt like I did, not even a month ago, you will not be disappointed and I find I look forward to the sessions! Thank you, thank you, thank you Tina!❤️

  5. Tina, I am on day 27 of doing your chair yoga routines. I started with your 7 day Yoga to Better Mobility; another 7 days of Full Energy Chair Yoga for Seniors; the next 7 days with Chair Yoga for Seniors—Stretch,Smile,Move; and am now on day 6 of Chair Yoga foe Weight Loss and Toning. Having had two rotator cuff surgeries (one in each shoulder), a left knee that has no knee cap ( removed when I was 26 years old) and a knee replacement of my right knee 5 years ago, I have struggled with exercises I could do to help me. I am now 80 years old and find it absolutely necessary to keep moving. A huge thanks to you and your chair yoga, I have now been able to gain strength and movement in my joints. You have made me a believer in your practices and I will continue to scroll through your videos to keep me moving forward. Keep up with the terrific videos. I am so thankful I found you on YouTube.
