  1. My nausea started bang on 6 weeks 🙈 I'd been self soothing by rubbing between my ribs, crazy to find out it's an acupressure point!

This is the furthest I've got, we had a miscarriage previously. So even though the sickness sucks, I'm taking it as a good sign 🙏

  2. 8 weeks pregnant, feeling like s**t today. I'm exhausted, have a great nausea, and for some reason a strong headache and a sore throat. I didn't sleep well, I think it's connected. I think the relaxing exercises helped, although the first couple ones made me feel like I was about to vomit 😅

  3. I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I did a meditation before that yoga session. I felt awful and nauseous during the meditation so expected to not be able to do the yoga. Surprisingly, this Yoga session really helped with the nausea. Thank you so much!

  4. This is my third pregnancy and 11 weeks along. I have bouts of all day nausea. I was really looking for some relief today as I had food poisoning the day before. Thank you for the calming stretches.

  5. It's my second pregnancy. 8 weeks in. Again exercises with you ❤❤❤

This pregnancy is hard for me as it's IVF. 3 injections a day and some other medications. How I hate all these medications 😢 Bad nausea, horrible heartburn and fatigue 😢 but hopefully I will get through the first trimester….
