  2. Google “fonon fetching site” back problems guide to find out why it’s effective. It significantly relieved my serious back pain induced by a recent injury. I was able to position well on my side or back, alleviating some of the spasms..

  3. My back has been better since I used this back pain guide, "fonon fetching site" (Google it). This has been the only real guide which been working of all of the other guides I`ve tried. I had been impressed my back was better. I am hoping this would by last remedy!..

Enjoyed this session but I don't think it's really for foot pain relief since you only really focused on that just for a few moves, and moreover there were a lot of poses where you were standing on your toes, etc… not great for those suffering with (fore)foot pain. That said, the moves were slightly different from other workouts so I enjoyed it. I just wish we weren't doing as many runner's poses and such which put stress on your feet. Yoga is tough for us suffering from sesamoiditis since there are so many moves that utilize the big toe and a balancing point. Any recommendations? Thanks.
