I have been practising yoga regularly for about 10 years, but now being pregnant (11weeks) I am unsure which asanas are safe (my sister has problems with diastasis recti even 3 years after giving birth). So this helped me a lot. And your were guiding this class in a very beautiful way!

I am committing to getting on the mat every day, from this point through labor. I know how beneficial and empowering it is, and I very much enjoyed this first practice.
