I have been practising yoga regularly for about 10 years, but now being pregnant (11weeks) I am unsure which asanas are safe (my sister has problems with diastasis recti even 3 years after giving birth). So this helped me a lot. And your were guiding this class in a very beautiful way!

Really wonderful and simple practice. If you have heartburn (like me) be careful though, there is a lot of forward folds.

I am 33 weeks pregnant, with my 4th sweet son. I focused on yoga/meditation/mantras a lot more in my previous pregnancies. I am committing to getting on the mat every day, from this point through labor. I know how beneficial and empowering it is, and I very much enjoyed this first practice. I particularly like the way you talk us through the form and focus and still leave space, for us to do what we feel is right for us in the moment. Thank you for your energy and your time.
