Join me for this 13-min yoga practice designed to support healthy hip mobility. Whether you’re seeking relief from tight hips, low back tension, or simply looking to deepen your connection to this powerful region of the body, this session offers a mindful blend of strength, flexibility, and awareness.

Through intentional breath and functional movement, we’ll explore hip openers and stabilizing postures that gently invite release while building support. Expect to stretch the hip flexors, glutes, and inner thighs, while activating the core and cultivating balance, both physically and energetically.

Let me know how this practice feels for you, I love to hear from you in the comments!

  1. It’s wild how much tension we store without realizing it,especially in the hips. I went into this practice expecting a good stretch, but ended up feeling like I released a whole layer of emotional weight I didn’t even know I was carrying. The stillness, the breath… it felt like something shifted. There’s a part in Your Mind Was A Target by Dr Tessa Voss that talks about how the body holds trauma and stress patterns silently, especially in women. That chapter helped me understand why certain movements feel so emotional. This wasn’t just yoga,it was a reset I didn’t know I needed.

  2. I don’t know if it’s a good thing or bad thing. However, with every stretch that was completed something popped in my hip areas. At first I was stuff as a rock but I’m starting to be able to move my hips a lot more. Thank you for your video!

  4. MANTRA, day 19. March 2026. This was such a lovely and quick yoga practice. It was perfect for me to do, before bed tonight. Thank you Adriene, my hips needed a good stretch, after a lot of walking yesterday. Great practice. 👍 I really enjoyed it today. 😊 See you again tomorrow! Namaste. 🙏🧡🧘‍♀️💜🌹🐕‍🦺

  5. Mantra l🦋❤🦋l Day – 19 l March 19, 2026 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! I always enjoy this practice. My joints are refreshed and lubricated now. I miss running dearly, however, low in pack cardio such as powerwalking is better for dealing with degenerating fibroids. I'm excited about going on a 4 mile powerwalk today after an afternoonmeditation. 🦋♥️🦋
