  2. Cole, I've recently got involved with your hamstring and lower back yoga routines. I'm a field hockey, footballer and runner who has previously neglected stretching. Plus, i'm pretty tall, which doesn't help. To my surprise, I've really enjoyed giving yoga a good go. Thanks so much 🙂
