Movement Medicine – 15 min Calming Practice is one of a two part series called Movement Medicine. It’s designed to help you cultivate balance, peace and poise.This type of practice invites you to use the power tools of breath, movement and discipline to get clear about what you want.

Practice mindfully and regularly so that you can find the energy you need to rise to the occasion you were born to.

  1. I was just going to pick something from your channel but then I saw this and I was like YES THIS IS SOMETHING NEW AND COOL, LET'S GO! I like doing your previous ones but I also love it when every sunday there's a fresh new one waiting. c: And I'm still going strong with my 365 days of yoga that I started on January first. It never feels like a task but like a prize. c: Love it.

    15.06.2026 – I did in fact not expect that plank even though it's not the first time I've done this 😂 Suprisingly I struggled more with the gate pose variation. Definitely needed this ❤

  8. wauw, this was the practice I didn't know I needed. Such a lovely flow, at first I was like maybe because it is Monday morning I need a more active flow, but I decided to trust the process and to do today's class as it was intended (15th of June, playlist truth 2026) and this was such lovely. Sometimes we think we need something, but we need actually the opposite 😉 wishing everyone who is reading this a lovely lovely week! And Adriene, your practice truely is medecine and I love discovering new flows and movements every time.
