153 days of daily yoga. This is the longest Ive stuck to any healthy regime. Thank you my beautiful teacher, friend, angel 💕 btw I hurt my right shoulders, back from that 1 arm tapping plank move from last weeks yoga for sensitive knees. Today, its healed and I actually felt really strong doing it ^_^ just 1 of the numerous improvements I got from YWA

I did this one week ago and I was not able to do the side plank, nor the yogi bicycles. One week later and i did everything! So so so happy. Consistently really builds strength 💪😊

Hey Adriene, I’ve recently gotten back into movement after a hectic few years and your yoga routines have been such a great reintroduction…this one really made me sweat! Just one thing: my wrists are super weak from years of desk work, so they crack and hurt under pressure. I did this routine within my range, but still felt strain. How can I build wrist strength while continuing these workouts? Should I keep adding gentle pressure daily? How do I know when it’s safe to push a bit more?

I stopped doing yoga for a year and my neck muscles were feeling so stiff and tight, it made my neck looked shorter. I came back to this video and immediately my neck muscles start loosening. WITCH!!! 🫵🏽 I always come back to this video whenever I feel like I need an alignment 💛💛💛
I have tried to watch your classes a few times can’t get through the first 10 minutes you are soooo ANNOYING with your stupid jokes just teach the class
I experience so much pain in my palms & wrists when I’m using them for downward dog and planking etc. I’m not sure if I am placing them on my mat correctly or not. Or maybe this is normal??

I've been doing this video many years. Lately I've been in a dark/weird place mentally and physically (mostly mentally, to be fair). I only practice yoga on a daily basis. Today, the moment Adrienne said: "It's beginning to rain here", it begun to rain here too. I can't describe the feeling and I won't even try. I just felt so grateful and blessed for moments like this. We can keep going, we are awesome. Keep going people of the world ❤ thank you Adrienne ❤️

I haven't been able to do yoga in 4 months due to injury, and I'm definitely feeling it. I'm choosing to be kind to myself in spite of my frustration. Grateful to be practicing with whoever is here in 2024!
