Prenatal yoga makes such a difference, I am living proof, the difference between my first pregnancy and my second one is crazy, in between I specialized myself in prenatal and postnatal yoga teaching and I can't say it enough, it's a game changer! More mobility, energy, strength, less pain….

  2. This was amazing thank you and Namaste. Just a word for advice, in late second and third trimester you should not be lying on back for long. The last Asanas was too much time lying on the back. Either to be on side or with a support creating 45degrees uplift for back. (Otherwise this is dangerous for baby)
