  2. 39 weeks ❤ doctor said at 34 weeks baby might come early so have long been waiting for the moment. I love your videos! I hope I have followed more as it truely always give me a good mood and health, but being lazy, sensitive, a bit pessimistic and panicking. And ready to join postpartum parts!

  4. Loved this yoga. Thank you! QUESTION: at the end when you're going through the breathing vowel sounds on all fours, are you still engaging your core and pelvic floor or should everything be relaxed at that point and it's ok for belly to relax?
