35 weeks. This was perfect after doing your 24 minute full body workout safe for pelvic pain all week. The music is very calming, what is that specific meditation or sound or song called?

Loved this yoga. Thank you! QUESTION: at the end when you're going through the breathing vowel sounds on all fours, are you still engaging your core and pelvic floor or should everything be relaxed at that point and it's ok for belly to relax?
