I love this routine which has been easing out some muscle soreness in my back. Your morning yoga has been key to me getting moving again and shifting fatigue after 7 months of being bedroom bound with M.E. and POTS. I started with 10ish mins of your gentle yoga and now do 25 mins every morning as part of my recovery routine and am happily well on track. A big thank you ❤. I am based in Scotland but was signposted to your site by the Be Your Own Medicine course run by Rebecca Tolin. I highly recommend this course to anyone with M.E., Chronic Fatigue, Long Covid, Fibro

Hi there, I used to be a big follower of your classes but since getting diagnosed with 2 herniated disc in my lower back, I cannot even do yoga anymore as I am not supposed to fold forward or do twists. Could you consider creating some classes for people like me who have disc issues? All the "lower back" classes on YT involve forward folds somehow, which truly baffles me.
