Your morning yoga has been key to me getting moving again and shifting fatigue after 7 months of being bedroom bound with M.E. and POTS. Hi there, I used to be a big follower of your classes but since getting diagnosed with 2 herniated disc in my lower back, I cannot even do yoga anymore as I am not supposed to fold forward or do twists. Could you consider creating some classes for people like me who have disc issues? All the "lower back" classes on YT involve forward folds somehow, which truly baffles me.
