STOP Stretching Your Hamstrings?!

I've been dealing with low back pain for over a year now, 22 years old, always played basketball and I've always been pretty flexible but all of a sudden I'm dealing with what feels like sciatica pain, but from what I've read and searched online it's probably more pyriformis syndrome instead of disk pain. I currently don't have the $ to pay for treatment since over this exact time (1 year+) I've also been dealing with more personal stuff, I can't afford therapy sessions etc, I've tried plenty different stretch and excercice routines and nothing, even these excercices I don't feel anything since they concentrate more on flexibility and as I said, I am flexible it's just tight whenever I bend forward or try to hamstring stretch, I also texted the number you provide but nothing seems to happen

  2. Cannot believe how effective this is. Just dune this for this first time minutes ago and the difference is incredible. Obviously not cured my pain/ tightness all together but gone from not being able to stand up straight without severe pain to walking round the house fairly comfortably.
