  1. I have a lot of pain and stiffness and I though yoga would help but it made the pain ten times worse. As a beginner I found this video incredibly difficult. I ended up copying the dog instead.

  2. I've tried yoga many times and apparently i didn't like it, (not the type of video i like, woman moves rapidly, hard level for me yada-yada-yada) BUT THIS ONE made me feel nice, it feels like meditation and yet it's MUCH BETTER. Thanks a lot, now I'm gonna stick to this one ♥

  6. I do calisthenics in the morning and I use this and a few other of your 10 minute morning videos as a cool down. I love them 😍 This one is my favorite because there’s fewer movements and it just feels so relaxing. Keeps soreness way down

  7. My first time doing yoga. A few of the moves I couldn't do at all like the very first sitting position and the leg up in the air. Will keep at it , maybe I just need practice as I have no core strength ❤

  8. That downward dog is so challenging. Shoutout to all of the yoga lovers. And for those who just started, don't stop, keep pushing everyday and you'll get there. That's the natural way of learning.

  9. okay this one is usually my go to when i need a simple & sweet way to start my morn. and i just have to say..

    after not moving my body/being able to move my body for a while because i had the flu and then my period… WOW. that one hit in a different way than it ever did and boy do i feel ALIVE right now

    not too gentle, but also not too challenging. the perfect medium and perfect way to welcome me home back to my body after experiencing a lot of anxiety in my mind/body as of late.

    this was everything 🥹🥹🥹
