  1. If you’re here, just remember that there’s no room in the world to “should” on yourself.

    Rewire those deep beliefs of “I should do this” and “I have to do that” or even “I need to do this” and remember that you are here on earth to do what you’re capable of. Not what society wants you to do, not what you were brought up to believe is right or wrong… it’s just you and the universe and that’s beautiful .

    So next time you tell yourself you “should” do yoga, or go for the run, or skip the sugar, check in with YOUR body and change the words. “I want to do yoga today because it makes my body feel good and I like that feeling”.

  2. It's been a while since I did a routine with you, Adriene. Felt like I was going to cave in a few times. I held strong and made it through. Going to vow from here on, to dedicate time to do at least two routines with you a day. Namasté
