  1. Hello everyone! This lovely little gem is great first thing in the morning or helpful when you just need to move, but can’t commit to a lot. What is something else you do to start your day off on the right foot?

  2. Good morning everyone, thanks for the video. I might have misunderstood the usage of the video, as I used the instructions for a (literally) wake-up session directly after waking up. If it is really meant for this case, I wonder why wrists and neck dont get warmed up. I personally find it anatomically not that healthy to after some minutes right away in a down dog, neither 3-legged dog or the other shown variations of it. To be honest, I personally miss the gentle waking up od the delicate body parts. Just as a shared thought…does anyone share this opinion?

  3. Good morning everyone! Doing this for my last first day of high school! senior yearrrr! Adriene ive been doing this since middle school and you and benji have definietly helped my overwelming little teenage brain lol

  4. I'm not gonna pretend I had it all figured out, because I didn't. Manifesting felt like failing for years. I'd try, get nowhere, tell myself I'd get it next time, and then nothing again. It got to the point where I figured maybe some people just aren't wired for it and I was one of them. Then I took Vera Hart's archetype quiz, kind of as a last thing to try. And it hit something. My archetype just fit, in a way that made me go oh. No fireworks, no life suddenly fixed. But for the first time I had direction instead of just fumbling in the dark hoping something would stick. If you're struggling with it too, honestly, do the quiz. Its free anyway.

  5. I used to watch other people talk about manifesting like it was the easiest thing in the world, while I couldn’t get anything to work. I eventually tried Vera Hart’s archetype quiz out of pure curiosity, and the result matched me almost uncomfortably well. I wasn’t expecting that at all. It only takes a couple of minutes, so it’s worth checking out ❤️

  6. My wife and I are somewhere around 150ish days straight of replacing those old sluggish habits with new life breathing, energizing new ones. We began yoga with Adrienne a couple of years ago and havent looked back! We are in our 40s and giggle sometimes during practice like we did together when we were in high school! Even our blue heeler 'Rue' knows yoga times thru the day and insists she lay as close as she can to her daddy's mat LOL! Namaste and thank you for making this available to us! Remember everyone…..getting on the mat is the hardest part! ️️

  7. It’s been a while since I visited my practice, but the way the body calls for it and remembers how good it feels as soon as I let go of the pressure to perform… and instead accept my ability to just be… 🌬️ ❤️
