How to remove background music…its too high.. cant hear instructor
The session was amazing!! I felt so calm after this. The only issue: It was hard for me to listen to the instructor's voice. The music was louder than her voice.

I started with just 1st 4 steps.
And switched to 12 sun salutations with a bit of dieting.
Start on 6th April at 67.3 kgsand now at 56.4kgs. on 6th July.
It's a best session and I completely enjoyed it thank you
Dont have this level of flexibility… Can it be done with with this known limitation?

How to do bakasana
This is a pretty poor video. To be interrupted every five minutes in the midst of an instruction by a couple of adverts is pretty annoying and hardly puts one in a good state of mind for practise. The music is far too loud making the instructor inaudible in places. And the class itself is more for intermediate level not really suitable for beginners as stated.
