  1. This yoga is totally really very helpfull for me i lost my body fat and also lost my weight i do this regularly &it gives me my self confidence again i just love this amazing result I saw in my body thank you so much

  2. This is a pretty poor video. To be interrupted every five minutes in the midst of an instruction by a couple of adverts is pretty annoying and hardly puts one in a good state of mind for practise. The music is far too loud making the instructor inaudible in places. And the class itself is more for intermediate level not really suitable for beginners as stated.

  3. Is it possible to lose wome weight eith this session? I've done this today😊 but not completely😔 i cant do bakasana. Could anyone please tell me is it really good for weight loss?
