  1. Doing this with other workouts for 2 weeks! Remind me everyday ! Goal: To loose 5kg

    Day 1: ✅ Did this,Joe wicks 8 min workout,100 star jumps and 10 push ups! Not much difference but I’m not gonna diet I might just eat less snacks and stuff

  2. This exercise alone will not burn 5kg of fat. Too repetitive. Could injure your back. Best to incorporate this movement into a series of exercises for whole body. Also address nutrition.
